Many industrial companies have been challenged by high gas prices and large CO2 emissions, and now more and more are looking to switch from gas to heat pumps. This is what Niels Dall, owner of Dall VVS, who advises and services various industrial customers daily, has observed.
“We are seeing more of our customers looking at how their profile should be outwardly in the future. They focus more on CO2 emissions, and their customers are also making more demands. The switch to heat pumps makes a big difference in the CO2 balance sheet, and it is an area that many customers are asking for help with,” he explains.
Especially calculations and dimensioning have required extra help, which is why Dall VVS has a partnership with Solar Industrial Solutions on large projects.

Danish shoe manufacturer ECCO has energy renovated their head office and warehouse in Tønder, Denmark. Fossil fuels have been replaced with energy from heat pumps, which emit significantly less CO2. A step towards the ambition of achieving energy neutrality at the group's headquarters by 2024.
